The present price list is valid from the 01.03.2021, it replaces the previous one and may be changed without prior notice.
Our sale conditions and the items listed in our order confirm are intended to be verified and approved by the Buyer if we do not receive any written exception within 8 days of receipt of our order confirmation.
Orders placed by the Buyer shall not be regarded as accepted before these have been confirmed by the Seller in writing.
The order is assumed subject to acceptance by the Seller. Any indicated time of delivery shall be nonbinding for the Seller.

PRICES
Prices are to public, given in Euro and V.A.T. not included. Packaging is included.

PAYMENT
Payments shall only be valid if made in favour of Bedont (registered company “4plus1 Italia srl” VAT no IT04191610247) unless otherwise authorized in writing by the latter.
In case of overdue accounts, interest on the outstanding balance will be charged at the current official reference rate plus 5 points.
If the Buyer fails to take payments in the time and manner specified by the Seller, the Latter has the right to suspend or cancel, at its sole discretion, further delivery and to declare all its claims arising from the business relationship as immediately payable.
The Product supplied shall remain in the property of the Seller until the date of the full payment by the Buyer of the entire price of the Products and of all amounts due to the Seller.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Terms of delivery are confirmed in our order confirms. Delayed consignment or non delivery does not entitle to any remboursement.

MODE OF TRANSPORT
Deliveries are made by carrier or freight forwarder at risk and danger of the Buyer, even if agreed free on delivery.
The Buyer must check the goods sent by the Seller and if something wrong is ascertained, the Buyer must immediately make a note on the transport document of the relative package number and contents, specifying the type of damage caused to the goods therein.
If this is not possible, the Buyer must accept the merchandise conditionally, we do not take any responsability for incoming damages.
In case of transport damages, or lack of boxes, they must be communicated in written to the forwarding agent within 7 days from receipt of the goods.

WARRANTY
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the time of its original purchase. This warranty does not cover the normal products parts subject to consumption and/or damages due to improper use of our products and/or repairings of the products made by the Buyer.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints will be accepted only if received in written within 7 days from delivery date.

RETURNS
Returns are not accepted without our previous written agreement. If accepted by the Seller they must be returned free of charge and packed with the original box or equivalent.

JURISDICTION OF COURT AND LAW
In case of any dispute the sole court which shall be competent is that in Vicenza in Italy. Italian law shall be exclusively applicable.

NOTICE
Information contained herein are to be held valid in case of any conflicting information apperaring in the catalogue and/or other sales material.
Timber used for making all our products is a natural material. Each piece has its own characteristics: variation in colour shade and grain are to be considered normal and cannot be grounds for complaints.
Products supplied in different times may be different in colours and shades.
All the seatings have plastic glides. Glidess in other material can be provided upon request and with a surcharge.
Special finishes can be supplied if they are technically possible; contact our sales office for extra charge applied.
