We’ve been making wood furniture for three generations. It all started in Tiser, a small fraction of Gosaldo nestled among the breath-taking Dolomite mountains. Our founders would travel across Europe during the warmer seasons looking for people who needed chairs. They would go from house to house offering their chair-making expertise, and once found the customers, they would stay in barns or stables handcrafting them their chairs. From the cutting of the trees to the weaving of the seat, at the time products were made with what they could find locally, only bringing from home the spindles made out of properly seasoned wood. Many things have changed from our past, but not the passion we put into what we do. In order to offer you excellent products we use carefully selected wood that is handcrafted by master craftsmen combined with the help of modern machinery to optimize quality, ecology, time and continuity of production. Wood, our core material, is recognized as sustainable by virtue of it being a renewable resource. It grows naturally, and modern forestry standards harvest wood in a sustainable way to preserve the environment of the forest, avoiding deforestation and depletion of natural resources, allowing you to buy a completely sustainable product. This is how comfortable, robust, well-executed and long-lasting furniture is made.
